I remember standing before the mirror, glancing at those hopeful eyes as I uttered, “Today is my day”. No, I wasn’t showered with fairy dust, nor a halo formed over me. However, I did feel an internal vibration of positivity, and my shoulders seemed to unburden themselves instantly. To this date, those three words are how my mornings begin. One single affirmation allowed me to believe in myself. It took me on a transformative journey, which I want you to also experience for yourself.
